Quality Policy of our Coffee
- In the Competition that took place in Kayonza Rwamagana from 27-30 August 2012, Huye Mountain Coffee won the Rwanda Cup of Excellence 2012.
Our policy is to achieve customer delight through excellence in quality in all our products, processes and services to emerge as a leading player. We have developed a program that was put in place for our outlets. All our coffee that has had over a period of 8 weeks on the shelf we give you the opportunity of restocking with fresh coffee and return the old stock at no extra charge. This allows our outlets to always have fresh coffee on sale;
Within the same policy we have also designed a program KNOW YOUR COFFEE dedicated to training stuff of our various clientele i.e Hotels , NGO’S , Embassy’s , Banks , insurers, Cafeteria’s , institutions, Corporate institutions to mention . To ensure good storage and proper preparation of our coffee we will take the initiative to run workshops with special programs that will empower the different personnel that a tusked by our clients to prepare their coffee. Certificates will be awarded at the end of each program. These workshops are intended to give our clientele a complete package were by we not only supply our coffee to them but we follow up through our trainings on equipping their personnel with the best coffee making practices to date. With our trainings, personnel are taught on how to maintain good storage levels which
allows them to always have coffee in abundance. Coffee is known to be a good stimulant and an energizer hence the need to understanding the right moments for coffee breaks is paramount in our training in good service delivery.
